I waited 6 months after my visit to ensure I was leaving a fair review and I must insist on warning people about this doctor. Summary: He will try to tell you that you need to come back on a regular basis, when in fact you do not. He will say results will be better if you go for “24 visits”, but this must be driven by money as I got a second opinion who said I only needed one visit, and I’ve had zero pain since. Details: Last November (6 months ago), I had lower back pain after running a 5K. It was extreme and didn’t go away after a few days. So I made an appointment here, I believe the first of the day. The front staff was very nice and greeted me by name. I waited in the examination room for an hour before one of the staff did some xrays and basics. Then I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to see me, who used electricity to loosen up the muscles and told me to come back to the next day. The next day was quick (another $30 copay), I waited in the queue of others coming in for their daily fix and he adjusted my back. The pain went away. He then told me I need to come back for 24 more visits to ensure the pain stays away. This seemed off to me as I’ve been to other chiropractors and had been treated in one or two visits. I have a good friend who is in St. Louis who is a chiropractor so I called him and he said you just strained some back muscles, rest a week and if you have no pain you should be good. I waited a week and no pain. 6 months later no pain. So why did I need to come back for 24 more visits? ($700+ of copays). I didn’t. But after sitting there for both days, I saw handfuls of the same people come in for their daily adjustment - many who probably got told they should come daily but really don’t need to. The sad part is too, the doctor spends so much time with his daily goers that he doesn’t have time to visit a new patient and actually examine the problem. I would NOT recommend going here. And if you do, and he says you should come back, visit another doctor for another opinion. And on top of all of this, they send very frequent texts saying hey we miss you, come get an adjustment. They don’t care if you need one, they just want your money. Stay away. Two stars because the pain did go away. Otherwise it would be 1.

I had extreme numbness in my left arm and it’s completely gone now. They’re also very kind!! Highly recommend.

I needed to get my son in on a Friday. He couldn’t move his neck. The chiropractor we usually go to wasn’t open on Fridays! I live in Parkville googled chiropractor and they came up. AMAZING experience!!! They got him in at 9:30 on Friday and were exceptional! They did X-rays and all the same day so they knew exactly where to treat him! He felt better when we left and is returning on Monday. I am switching to this practice no Doubt!

I have been a patient of the Gauthier’s since childhood and now I can share the experience with my kiddos. They have helped us so much over these 30 years and dare I say it’s been a life changer, I can’t imagine what shape I would be in without those visits. I highly recommend Gauthier chiropractic to anybody! Walking into their practice evokes a sense of ease and relaxation. We look toward to our weekly visits and so should you.

I had severe pain in my lower back that came on suddenly. Could not sit, stand or lay down for more than 5 mins at a time. I called the closest chiropractor to me. Dr. Gauthier saw me that day within 45 mins. Got some X-rays and was immediately seen. He saw that I could go through with chiropractic help. He got right to work. I was able to sleep that night for the first time in 2 days! He saw me the next day and helped even more. He got me on a plan and for the first time in years I am experiencing less back pain, even though my job puts strain on my back! I have more movement! The girls up front or so kind and welcoming too! 10/10 for Gauthier!!!!
